Atomized - TECH WARS Briefing - Week of June 15th 2026
The week the strongest military on earth blinked at cheap drones, the US went all-in, and Europe went shopping.
If the draft Al Arabiya published on June 16th is genuine, and it is, as CNN has confirmed now, the United States is about to sign a 14-point memorandum with Iran that lifts its naval blockade within 30 days, pulls American forces back from the region, ends the war on every front including Lebanon, and underwrites at least 300 billion dollars (read that again) to rebuild the Iranian economy (Al Arabiya). Let me translate: The most expensive military ever assembled, having “obliterated” Iran’s air defense, navy, air force, and, depending on the Truth, entire military and nuclear program, walking away on those terms. How. The cheapest weapons on the battlefield winning over the most expensive ones. If the draft holds, the bill for ignoring that argument is the biggest check Washington has ever written to a country it just finished bombing.
I was laughed at when I explained, beginning in March, why:
It’s all because of drones and cheap missiles, COTS-converging more and more and more every day.
